a San Diegan itty bitty company

Rates at Thinkfast Media. How about $100.00 US each project.

For a limited time, we will review projects to begin starting in July or after at $100 each. This could be fully digital or fabricated from a plastic or wood. We are only available on a limited basis this year and made a promise not to charge beyond a “hobbyist rate”. The downside is that we will not be working full time and your project may not be done as fast as another company. Lower cost, longer turnaround. We won’t be able to do very complicated, high materials cost at this rate and may turn those projects away. Please contact us for more information.

Here is a $100 project example at Thinkfast Media. “Make a simple 3d model of a bike frame, display in a simple animation to show it.” Did this just sitting around at home. Could have taken someone’s hand drawings and made a 3d model for them. For another $100 could have the 3d model printed in a tough plastic for a physical model(around 4in x 1in x 0.3in) to have on their desk or shelf. The 3d model and physical model combined would be enough reference for a metal or carbon fiber expert to build them a real bike frame. DYNAMO VFX is actually for visual effects projects like a local tv commercial, digital billboard, video game or app element, demonstration, how to or informational video, kiosk display, etc.

Another little one afternoon project recently put together. $100? Sure. Ever dream of seeing your toy model car looking like it is a real world vehicle? A $2 Hot Wheels toy from Walmart and some quick visual effects right here. These are a lot more fun driving around–didn’t have the time today for that. This is hand held cell phone video, a cell phone still image and video magic with music. Did work on the visual effects management team of Fast and Furious a short time. Not hands on art-of-vfx, it was paperwork, arranging, coordination, etc.
